How do I get rid of these red and green lead in lines? I would like to have a smooth blue all the way around. These current lead-ins are leaving material at the bottom of the part

Hi.  Have you tried adjusting your toolpath tolerance?

If Tolerance doesn't fix your issue, could you export and share your Fusion file?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

I've tried the tolerance from .0003 to .002 and nothing changes

You may want to give Blend a try

Under preferences, go to preview features and activate blend.

Beyond blend, I do believe there is something "funky" with your model.  It seems like some of the surfaces don't want to stitch together properly.  Perhaps one of the modeling experts can describe this more accurately.

What did you select for the drive curves and surfaces? No explanation on the dialog box and nothing I select works

Hopefully this picture helps.  I always pick bounding box and tool outside boundary

@seth.madore   BLEND BLEND BLEND BLEND BLEND

I just can't say it enough.  IMHO, this strategy is one of the most needed things in Fusion 360 CAM.  I wish everybody in the entire world would activate the preview feature and draw more attention to it - it really is a powerful toolpath type.

@brad_francola some extensive work is currently being done on Blend, such that it will be removed from Preview; something that's long overdue.
