I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. I'm trying to orient the z-axis here in the CAM setup so my CNC machine is pointing in the right direction but, bless my heart, I can't figure it out.

I need it positioned in the bottom left corner (where it is now) but I need Z oriented up/down.

(Reposted this from a different category...just realized there was a specific CAM category I didn't notice before)

In that dialog box there is a mouse pointer button next to Z Axis.

Click that and then go out to your model and click the direction you want to specify as Z. You can pick the stock, you can pick the origin, you can pick model geometry, etc. Once you pick the vertical direction, you may need to specify your X axis in the same manner to keep things lined up right.

Keep in mind that the ToolTips will usually give you an indication of what's needed for any given parameter. In this case, with Setup, the ToolTips shows you the kinds of things you can select to orient the Z axis. Simply hold your mouse over any parameter for 2 seconds and the ToolTip should appear.

Z axis Orientation.Z axis Orientation.

Hope that helps,
