Help with Tool path

I am currently working of milling a simple shape. Before the update, it was very simple and always worked. Now after the update, I can’t seem to have any clue on what’s correct. Don’t need to face mill. Just need it to cut the shape of a tombstone but tried it on the mill there and it was a shape of something but not a tombstone. 

any help would be great.

Well, yes, you attached the file, but there are no toolpaths in the Setup. What exactly were you seeing, as it's not quite feasible for us to extrapolate out the issue from the info thus provided 😉
