Hello, People!
What I need:
* Modify The pp so the onRewindMachine (assuming is the right configuration to my problem) don't cut my work piece (see in the video second 18-26).
*I would really like to know the steps to solve this issue instead of just receive the modified post processor!
What I been doing so far:
-First, I am bran new on CNC and fusion 360 world.
-I try to give values on fusion 360 swarf tool like (clearances height, stock top, top of the stock and safe distances) with no success.
-I modify the post processor, in the section "user define properties" on "safeRetractDistance" that is configuration to my machine with no success ( I try many configuration options).
-I been reading the post processor manual and appears that is a configuration on the "onRewindMachine (p. 7-163), and safeRetractDistance (p.7-164)" the solution of my problem.
I am saying this because the configuration of my machine "B and C Axis" can not cyclic and needs to be in safe distances.
Thank you in advance.
I use Mach3 to move my 5 axis machine head to head.
However mach3 pp is not optimized to work with my 5 axis machine so that's why I am modifying a different post processor.
I am updating the mach3 configuration, fusion 360 file, and the post processor I am using.
