Help with refining toolpaths

Hello. First post here. So I've modeled up my object, and put some toolpaths with placeholder tools because it's the weekend and i'm not at my workplace where i can measure the tools i need. 

My question is, am i doing this toolpath thing correctly? and when i simulate it, i get a bunch of little red collisions even though there's no stock to collide with. 

 

At my job i have access to a cnc lathe and mill. The first two setups are for the lathe and the last is for the mill.

I've gone through the first setup and fixed most of the collisions. Most of the problems are down to the finishing step over, you have 1mm. Fusion's lathe capabilities are a bit basic, most CAM programs would let you set a different allowance for side and face but Fusion only has one setting so a 1mm cut into a face for finishing is a bit much. I've set the finish cut to 0.1mm. For the bore I broke it into 2 ops, the finish op starts from the back face and machines out. The boring tool has no relief on the end face so if you try boring from outside in it will take a full tip width cut into the back face. Couldn't get the groove op to work. If I have some time I'll look again.

Hello, Thanks for getting back to me. I appreciate your effort. Do you think it would be easier to just run this part completely on the mill instead of the lathe? The only part I would have an issue with on the mill is the groove at the front.

When you simulate an individual program, they will be simulated to the setup stock without taking previous programs in that setup into consideration, this is something to take into consideration. The way to get a true representation is to simulate the entire setup.
