Help with 2d pocket

I have a set up to cut out a part, It is 86.6 mm in x and 42mm in y.

I am using 101.75 mm in x bar stock and 65 mm in y ( I can cut a longer piece in y).

With a 6.35 mm bit, and .5 radial allowance.

The width of the cut in X would be a minimum of 86.6+^(6.35*2)+(0.5*2)=100.3 mm.

This will just clear the vise.

However the 2 d Pocket provides a second pass around the outside of the part.

This results in the tool path intersecting with the vise.

How can I reduce and or eliminate this extra pas so that I can fit the part in a 4 inch (101.75 mm) piece of stock

Hah figured it out....I dropped the stock to leave to 0.1mm, and the additional offset in geometry to 0.25.....Just barely makes it.
