Help I have tried but I have hit a brick wall caming this small part

Help

I have hit a brick wall doing the cam for this small part

 

I have 6 mm flat and bull nose

dito 3 mm 

 

I intend to drill the holes at 4 mm to start and bore to size 

 

its the slope that is messing up , and most other bits I have deleted my feeble attempts so not to muddy the water

 

 

its a crank arm for a beam engine

Did you model this part yourself, or was it provided to you? Is slight modification possible, simply to clean it up? Talking about adding fillets and smoothing out the surfaces:

I modelled it up my self look like I made a duff job I will correct the points you mentioned

 

any mod are possible the only important bits are the two holes , crank throw

yes thats done the trick I can see my mistakes and you additions to enable the part to be made 

 

its not a big beam engine 230 mm fly wheel with centre column be about another year to finish its just a hobby for me
