Haas Post Processors Not There After Update

The Haas Trunnion Pre-NGC Post is no longer in my library or the fusion library.

I have the posts saved to my computer.. And that's not the post I'm looking for. Lame reply..

A) We don't remove posts from users personal or your cloud library, just the online default library.

B) It's quite likely that the post was merged with the Haas Pre-NGC post that exists. With a trunnion, it's valuable to be using machine simulation (with a machine configuration) and the post will inherit all the settings from the config.

Yea I had a feeling that's what happened.. This is not a good move for productivity. Long time users that have posts customized to their machines are going to have my same issue. I had perfectly customized posts and now they've been rendered obsolete by Autodesk.  Also, my post no longer appears in the fusion post library. Similar to if there is a bug in the post.

A customized post would have been saved locally. You can't edit the library post and leave it sitting in the library, it's going to prompt you to save it to a location of your choosing. I assume you have Cloud Libraries enabled and you were saving it there, right? Or, where were you storing your modified post?

I've been running modified posts for 11 years now and have yet to lose one of them (that said, I'm paranoid, so I also have backups of those)

I store my modified posts locally, all in the same file path, C:\Users\name\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Fusion 360 CAM\Posts. I don't use cloud libraries at all. The posts are still there; however, the post library does not "bring them in". This also happens if there is an error in the post (bug).

I wouldn't advise storing posts in that location. I don't think we can guarantee that it's never going to see some impact in an update.

They now show up as deprecated. Should be good to go now.

Makes sense. I made copies and saved in a safe location. Annoying that they don't show deprecated posts bey default. Will have to check that box every time

If it is your own post, you can just remove `deprecatedDescription` from it to show in library like a regular post.

I suspect it was already deprecated before you copied it into your library. This information was just invisible in the library in Fusion.

But obviously it is better to update your post with changes from newer version in Fusion library.
