This did work but updated to all the newest post that was mistake it seems 

HAAS ST40

No Y AXIS 

Classic Control 

Error: Y-axis motion is not possible without a Y-axis for operation "2D Pocket1".

XZCMODE I can't find in there anymore to turn on! In the post? Was it removed? Anyone have a post form 2018 ish?

Yes I tried all the one from autodesk they were all updated it looks like 

Tried forcing Polarmode didn't work

Have you tried turning on the wrap option in the toolpath? That would let Fusion know it shouldn't use the Y-axis but the C-axis.
