GRBL post processor has stopped working - Fusion 2.0.9442

I have been using Fusion360 for 3 years, originally on a start up licence and now as personal. Using to generate g-code/models for CNC Router and 3D printer

I have a really simple job equivalent to a piece of 4x2 (90x45mm) that I want to trim to a curved profile. I have created many similar jobs in the past so I know the workflow - or I knew the old workflow.

I can create a design, switch to manufacture, create a setup and then a 2d profile. Simulation works fine but when I try to create a GRBL post process file I get the following. I have searched for a solution but have uncovered nothing to date. I also tried a complete reinstall but the problem persists.

Can anyone point to a. solution?

Maurice

Check in the tool that the coolant is not set to suction.

Thanks Daniel - that was it. I normally set the cooling to disabled but for some reason this tool was set to suction. I didn't notice anything in the failure message that gave a clue to the cause but it is clearly there - new glasses next week! Thanks again.

Most times it is what's between the ## that is the problem.
