Fusion for PCB stencil generation

Hello all,

I am new in Fusion so my experience is very limited. I normally use inventor to create models, usually for machine shop or 3d printing.  This time I need to create an stencil, like the ones used for solder paste spreading when assembling a PCB.

I made the model using inventor. Saved it as stp file and then open it in Fusion. Then, in create tab I use "create a PCB/create and independent PCB"; that gives me a PCB with multiple layers. Next, in modify tab I use "push to 2D PCB" to get the stencil and finally in manufacture tab I use "Export gerber, NC drill, assembly and drawing outputs"

There are some holes in the stencil that are treated as drills and then the system creates a drill file and a profile file, while I am expecting the profile to contain the holes as well.

If I look at the CAM preview the profile includes the holes but the gerber file does not, as a result I get a gerber file for profile and a drill file for holes which the stencil's manufacturer cant use.  Please look at the attached images.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Would you be able to share your Fusion file here?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d/.f3z file in your reply.
