Fusion 360 postprocessor problem

Folks:  This is my first post on the forum so I hope I am doing it correctly...  I have a student license for Fusion 360.  I am having a problem with postprocessor hanging up the program.  I can create a model and stock in F360 or import a model OK.  Then I can do setup, create and simulate a toolpath.  However, whenever I click the postprocessor button at the top, a small rectangle appears at the bottom right of the screen and a green strips moves from left to right endlessly.  This never stops.  The program hangs up, and is unresponsive to any key or mouse press.  In the end I have to Cntrl, Alt, Del and task monitor to end the program.  Could someone help me to resolve this problem so that I can create postprocessor files?

Thanks

Could you provide a screenshot of what you are encountering?

Mac or Windows?

Sorry:  I thought I had answered but, being new to forums, I replied wrongly.  I did figure out what the problem was.  The answer was very silly; the dialog box appeared on another monitor that I rarely use so I thought the program had hung up.  I entered info into the dialog box and was able to generate G code and read it in Mach3.  My mistake.  Thanks for following up.
