fusion 360 and how it post

In drawing (xy origin 1) is a part that I have designed and is placed on the mill where the coordinate are positioned on the top right of the mill.  Then I zero the x y coordinates as G0 X0 is the top right as is G0 Y0 (on their respective edges).  When I post the code to the jump drive it post as all positive xy  coordinates pic (as posted in fusion).  However, to get it to run I have to change the positive xy coordinates to negative.

Why is fusion posting (better question is how am I screwing this up) in a positive numbers when no part being cut is in any xy positive path.

Hello!

You're looking at the part "backwards" inside Fusion 360 😉

The arrows point in the positive direction, so what you're looking at is this:

But what you really want is this:

lC00WYL

See how the the part now lies in quadrant 3 if you were to look at it like a graph, meaning all operations will be negative X and Y values. I made a crude graph to help you visualize what I mean:

Give that a shot and let me know if you have more questions!

Best!
