Filling holes as stock to remove from a complete model

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to utilize the "Mode" in the stock setup for the "Stock Solid" to not only keep the shape of whatever geometry is modeled, but also add stock to arbitrarily fill there holes so I am able to physically see the simulation taking off material.

I have tried to use the Patch features and Boundary Fill but because of the tapered surface, as seen in the HubSide picture, the Patch does not contour very well to match the surface. I have also tried simply extruding and joining. This may be more of a modeling question, but I was wondering if there was a feature in the CAM that I am missing to achieve this.

Any help is appreciated

EDIT: Because this is an imported model, I am not able to access the previous sketches and extrusion done to hide/show features to machine.

Fusion has an awesome feature that I use a lot.

Delete.

Yep. Delete.

Take your model and copy/paste it. Turn the original off. Select a face in one of the holes and press the delete key. What should happen is that it deletes the entire hole, leaving your surface as you would want it.

Now, you can select that model for your Stock inside of your CAM Setup

Wow, very trivial and easy solution.

Few follow up questions, when you are saying to "Turn off," you are mentioning the Show/Hide or the Activate Component correct? Also when I delete the holes on the copied version, the complete version seems to also get deleted. Is this a selection issue?

If deleting one feature deletes the other, it sounds like you copied a component. You can select the Body in the Component tree, press CTRL/C, go back up to the very top layer on the tree and press CTRL/V. This will paste a new instance of the component

And yes, "Turn Off" is the little light bub to the left
