Faceted radius on lathe

I have a 1.500" radius that I am turning on a Haas ST-40 and the post processing is creating a faceted radius. All the smaller radii are rolled but the larger radii are linear moves. Is there a setting or adjustment that I am missing to be able to roll these larger radii? I created the part in Solid works 2023 and imported it, however I re-created the part specifically in Fusion and had the same problem. The part is attached for reference.

Are you using the old or new Spun Profile (found in Preferences)? I'm seeing proper code with it enabled:

There must be a setting that I have wrong. I have the same setting as you, but it is still faceted.

Are you using the stock Haas post, or one of your own modifications?

You could try playing with the Spun Profile tolerance (higher or lower) as well as which mode it uses?

(when switching which Spun Profile is used, you do need to edit and "ok" the Setup)

I am not sure what just happened but without changing anything it now will post the radius just fine. Thank You

I'm using the new rotation profile because it allows me to go around corners in an arc. But the new sun profil does not correctly build a projection onto a plane. In fact, the part has larger dimensions when rotating than Fusion displays.

I'm not understanding which toolpath and dimensions you're referring to here 🤔
