I am not seeing anything really wrong at all.

Toolpath?

Screenshots or screencast?

Are going by the sim in fusion or a backplot?

Some people see a simulation of the tool paths in fusion and it looks wrong but is a graphics error and say something is wrong with the toolpath bla bla and it is not if you check the toolpath on the machine or in a backplot.

What machine are you using/controller

There have been problems with using smoothing in the past try with that turned off.

One thing that helps with finding problems is looking at the compear and edit and looking at view toolpath these are both in the right-click menu.

there has been smoothing issues with the milltronics machine. several times we had a path violate a mold surface. the machine we are using for this part is a Mori mv50 with a msc500 fanuc control
