I am attempting to set up my mill to use a 1.0mm flat Endmill. Everything is fine when i set it up to use the 3.5mm but as soon as i step it down to running with a 1.0mm, I get: "Error: Internal CAM kernel error. Please report through your support channel." which isn't exactly explanatory.

I have attempted to modify the setup with no success and I cant seem to find anyone else having similar errors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Be a lot easier to help if you share the design as an f3d.

Some of these setting look odd. Stock Contour might be wrong. I would think just one outside profile. Rest machining adjustment offset seems too big, try 0.1. As this is a 3d op you might not need stock contours and rest, rest on its own might be all you need. If this doesn't help share the design.
