Hello guys.

You're stuck with fusion today constantly "Error: Internal CAM kernel error. Please report it through your support channel." it crashes.

I rebuilt the program.

In a simple drawing, the gene did not give the same way. Is the problem general or verified from me?

Are you running Windows 7?

I'm probably telling you something you already know, but Win7 is no longer a supported OS, by Microsoft as well as Fusion 360. We have received reports of this issue, and are looking into it. I strongly encourage you to upgrade to Win10, it will likely be a lot quicker than us getting a fix out for this issue.

Hi,

Same issue here. Since the yesterday fusion 360 update I keep receiving the error "Internal CAM kernel error. Please report through your support channel". Every time I create a 2D pocket operation and generate the tool path I receive the error. Even for old parts where everything was OK if I generate the tool path again I will receive the error.

Any solution for the problem or need to wait until the next update?

Yes I am using windows 7. I know that fusion 360 is not anymore supported on windows 7 but changing to windows 10 is not an option. I have several applications that are only working in windows 7 and can't change only because of fusion 360.

Then unfortunately, you're likely going to have to wait for a fix. I do not have an ETA on when that will be.

We believe we have a way to get folks using Windows 7 up and running again. We are looking for a volunteer to try out the fix before making it broadly available.

Please DM me if you are willing to try this out.

Thanks,

  Jeff
