Hey everyone,

My current post processor is outputting code like below but I want to make an edit that will cause the post processor to place the M08 line right after the m03 spindle speed. Does anyone know how to accomplish this? I am using the
Doosan 3/5-axis VMC (FANUC) Post Processor Revision 40783.

If you want to do it yourself, open up the .cps file and search "coolant"

search until you find

coolant1.png

Cut that code out and paste it just before the command chip transport

coolant2.png

I renamed the comment to reflect the change.

I'm not really sure why all the autodesk posts have the coolant on at the retract plane, on most machines the cutter will be well  into the workpeice before coolant starts flowing.

you should always carefully test any post changes to make sure you haven't broken anything

Hope that helps

Hi @lucasD7TLR,

Open you post processor in any editor. Go function onSection() { add below code as shown in screenshot

setCoolant(tool.coolant);

KrupalVala_1-1627625437824.png

Now ignore the set coolant code (line number 1742) by adding //

KrupalVala_0-1627625407039.png

save the post modification and test the code.

Thanks,
