Doing all in-boudary part cuts before final boundary cut.

How do I cut all part in-boundary cuts and holes before doing expected final boundary cut?, If final cut is done before all others within the part boundary, part becomes loose on part table and  is liable to jump and break tool. Will appreciate advice and/or comments.

You need to beak it into 2 operations, Internal cuts first then another operation for the exterior to cut it out.
