DMG MORI CMX1100v surface inspection

Currently trying to get a grip on surface inspection. 
Machine is a dmg mori cmx1100v with a fanuc controller. It has a Renishaw probing system installed.

the machine will start the cycle and get approximately 2 inches above and then it alarms out.
 Line it alarms out is 

14 >N45 G43 Z7.0 H30;

15  N50 N65 P9832; 

alarm reads PS0310

any insight would be extremely helpful.

My guess is it cannot find the sub program you are calling to turn the probe on P9832.

Its slightly odd N50 and N65 are on the same line. And also there is no G65 or M98 to perform the sub program call. 

Can you try calling G65 P9832 in MDI mode and see if you get the same error/

It does appear to produce the same alarm, alarm is specifying file not found as the comment.

 @Richard.stubley I believe what is happening is the macro call out is not specified in the controller...
