Hi all I am currently trying to take a drawing I made and assign tool paths, now I am watching Lars on youtube (which is very good by the way) .... when we got to the point where we assign a tool to do the machining I noticed my window was very different then Lars, I did not have any of the buttons on the bottom of the window ... do I have a lessor version .....I noticed that Lars program said Autodesk Fusion 360 Ultimate .... mine just says Autodesk Fusion 360 any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Do you have a link to the video and a screenshot of what the tools you want are? The ultimate version is probably not the problem, it's probably a toolbox you need to enable.

You are right with not having the right tool box however I am trying to learn this program and I need the same version that the instructor has so I can follow him .... I needed a 1/8" end mill the closest thing I could find was a 1/8" ball end mill which I picked then I tried to edit it and make my own like Lars was explaining but not having the same buttons it was not going well .... thank you

Hi .... I have the solution in my sample tool list there was a 1/8" ball end mill so I selected it, then when it came over into the tool window I right clicked it and I selected Edit .... at this point I can do anything I want with the tool and save it .... Now another thing I noticed that after the drawing is posted a little window opens up and shows you the G code now Lars said if you close this window and click the post on the desktop (where I saved the post) a nice G code editor will open up and that this editor comes with Fusion 360 ..... so I click on the post and no editor, is this something I have to get separate ..... Thank for your help
