Cutting data presets do not apply

When you select a cutting preset for a tool using the tool manger the preset does not apply. This might be a bug or my misunderstanding of this feature.

Ah this is perfect. I was confused about where these presets were going and what I needed to do to apply them. I was trying to go to tool manager and thought that I need to set the tools to be used with a preset for all operations. But I needed to go to my operations and select the preset from either that dropdown or like you had described go to the tool cutting data from the operation. This makes sense thank you so much.

I also completely did not expect a full video explanation I applaud you for putting in that massive effort.
