Create tool for turning

Hey guys, need a little help here.

I need create a tool for turning with this dimensions and I can't figure it out.

The closest I think you're going to get (for now) is a Groove tool with no holder, and oriented to the correct alignment. We don't yet have the ability to define form tools, which would be ideal for your application. Thus, a Groove tool (straight walled with corner radius) is going to be your best option.
