Crazy paths after update

I have a simple object with a primitive 2D contour operation. It used to work fine some months ago, but now, I am getting crazy paths... Paths for much more complicated 2D adaptive clearing operation are generated ok. I am not sure which one of the recent updates did introduce this change or how to fix the problem. Any hints will be appreciated.

 

The model is attached, together with screenshot of resulting toolpath and my postprocessor. The post is rather primitive, but I have been using it for over a year without any issues.

Jirka,

There is lots of collision going on due to the tools shoulder length setting, setting it to the same as the body length stopped that, however, the actual tool path did not change here and looks fine.

This looks like an arc centre problem. I managed to backplot a file generated with your post.

These are the settings I had to use, the I,J,K setting is a bit odd and I wonder if you've got away with your post in the past because no arc centres were at 0,0.

Hello Mark,

you are correct. I almost always use the corner of workpiece as origin point. This was one of few exceptions, where I used the center. After moving the origin to the corner, the path is ok.

So this is my error, not Fusion360's...

@lacrimacz give this post a go, I fixed it so you can output incremental or abs arc centres and force output of IJK on all arcs. If you want to use a property like you were for AbsoluteArcCenters you get the info with properties.AbsoluteArcCenters.
