costly problem with 3d pocket

file too large to send.

i get a valid toolpath that looks good in normal mode. Yet cut is lower. simulation shows the deeper cut. and like a dumb a__ i did not check sim prior to cutting. I am saying 3/8 lower cut. zero is set to origin and I just lowered top height to -.5 and sim still shows too  low cut. bottom is origin minus .6 inch.

I have had this issue before and lowering top height to -.05 or so fixed it.

To define again, in normal manu mode, with pocket op highlighted proper cut shows, in sim cut is much deeper.

Please help, I am cutting cherry wood and this is expensive.

Right click on the file in the Data Panel and select "Share Link". Paste that link here.

Also, what post processor are you using? When you say it's too deep in the Sim, are you referring to Fusion 360 CAM Simulation, or the Sim that might be on your CNC machine?

Okay, I've received the file. However, you've got several setups and dozens of toolpaths. Which one am I supposed to be looking for?

sorry Seth, yes my  work is central because I have a difficult time moving components to new sessions.

the operation rocker clear simulation begins at a space not to be milled.

this set up is on a 48x34 inch 12 quarter or 3 inch cherry board. i extrude the parts not the entire board. If there is better way please fire away.

the design I am working on is right of the large parts square, and is inside a 48x34 square. 2 parts are here. the set up is last one in list and is called top_left and rocker_clear is the pocket operation problem.

I edited the setup, and deleted all body selection and re selected. this fixed the issue. JR
