CNC Routing simple lettering from floating start point

Other software I have used in the past allowed me just to set a height to drop down and ignored my material and workpiece. For example, I would just tell it to start at my CNC's 0,0,0 point and drop down 52mm then start tracing around lettering.

Is it possible to do this with Fusion 360? Is it just setting the heights correctly to accomplish this?

Screenshot from existing settings in OpenBuild's CAM program. I just set it to drop down 55mm in one continuous cut. This is what I want to accomplish in Fusion 360. Just give it a measurement to drop down and come back up to between cuts.

The attached screenshot just starts the process at wherever I set 0,0,0 on my machine and drops down 55mm. Each time it raises up between the letters I am cutting it comes back up to 0 on the Z.

2D contour with no hights set will do this.
