Cloud CAM posts are not current in Fusion 360

I upload edited post processors to my 360 cloud. That works fine. I can download it and check it in my editor, ~ all is fine . But. When i use the post processor from Fusion360, choosing <My Cloud Posts> in configuration folder and then select the post processor and post with it, it is an old version of the post.

So, I select the *Open config* button and it has the old version of my post.

I tried signing out and signing back in in fusion but no good.

Incidentally, I went into the Button with the ellipses [...] next to <My Cloud Posts> and the path points to (in my case) --- \\BIGBOX-PC\Users\BIGBOX\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\75C7Q9CNK2X3\W.login\M\D2017012059548606\CAMPosts

in there are all outdated posts. Shouldn't these be syncing with the fusion 360 cloud?

Any help is much appreciated!

Chris

Hi -

We had another person with kind of similar behaviors. He was able to get things working by disabling, and then reenabling the Cloud libraries. Can you see if that kicks things for you? Probably should make sure you have copies of the posts you've uploaded, just in case.

I just tried your recommendation of disabling /reinabling.

Did not work. Its as if the flders buried deep on my machine are not refreshing with the cloud content.

Sorry that didn't help.

I'm interested in taking a look at your application log files, in case that might shed some light here.

Could you send me what you get for the diagnostic log files, in the Help menu in the upper right corner of the Fusion window?

Thanks,

  Jeff

I sent you a link via private message to obtain my log files.

Thank You,

What the other user did was disable cloud libraries, close Fusion then restart and reenable cloud libraries.

Edit Just wanted to check you are using the new Assets folder in Fusion and not A360 Drive.

Yes.

In private messaging specifics to Jeff, it was discovered that the cloud is now pointing to the Assets location and not A360 Drive.

This was my problem.

With the update , there should be a sticky maybe to alert users of this change.  : )  I know I will get flamed with the information having been posted somewhere, but the cloud location change  slipped past me.

Thanks

Chris

now to see if the changes in my post makes my day at the mill ...LOL
