I have tried smoothing and tolerance as low as 0.001mm, but output looks similar...what might be the problem, i'm using grbl controller with fusion 360.

There's no toolpaths in that file I need to see the toolpath you set to have a idea whats wrong.

Going far too fast for a machine of that size over 1900 mm/m it will be ramming the cutter through the material and not keeping up with the code, that's the common reasion for grbl going nana.

sorry for replying late, I have manually written code and tested, I even tried sketchucam(plugin for sketchup) ...I dont have issues with that, but while I generate toolpath from fusion it comes like a polygon

Try going the other way with tolerances smoothing, nothing stands out other than your going very fast for that size and type of machine.

 

If it's cutting to size with other programs at the same feed, speeds, depth of cut and width of cut that may be fine.

 

The other thing you can try is setting feed optimization,

Rectified the problem... I was using grbl 0.9, Now updated it to 1.1 and  I used this Post Processor
