When you define your tool uncheck clockwise option

I am not really sure what kind of problem you have.
Could you please upload some screenshots or record a screencast?

Hi Ivan

Here are two photos, when my spindle was going CW and I had the tool as it was the orientation was perfect but spindle need to go CCW.As soon as I checked the box in tool setup the tool orientation changed managed to get it orientated right but the tip offset is totally wrong

Okay, so you want your tool to be oriented like in the CW but the post needs to output M4 right?

Ok, in that case the best way is to change the variable inside your post processor. Can you share the post processor here?

Hi Ivan

Wonder if you could help me with something else.My machine doesn't go to machine zero(MCS) after (g53) is called which is the top right hand corner of the bed after part cut off instead close to the spindle

Could there be something else in the post processor that is causing this.

Hi,

Could you show me the code that you get?
And please mark how do you want it to look like.

You might want to change those two parameters when postprocessing:

aadadaddad.png

Those are related with the block of code G53 X0 Z0 which is the home position of the turret.
