Chamfer problems

So I can't seem to find a similar issue to mine posted.  I have the attached file that will not chamfer SOME of the edges properly.  Its acting strange - I also attached a picture of the only edges that are getting a chamfer.  The size looks a bit large on the center bore I noticed by eye as well.  Any help is of course appreciated!  Watched videos on chamfering, searching here, just can't seem to get there......Chamfers.JPG

chamf inner bores is set for 0.005", is it possible the chamfer it too light to be effective. I typically like 20 to 30 thou myself. The default in fusion is 40 thou (0.04")

 

chamf tap drills is set for the default of 0.04".

 

Slightly OT. If the holes you are deburring are smaller than your tool you can save some cycle time with a cleaner chamfer using a drill operation and setting your hole depth to your desired chamfer.

Thanks for your time Randy!  I feel like a bonehead for not just using a drill cycle on the small holes haha!  But the problem still remains - I had the exact same settings for a number of the features, (the large bore, and the through bore in the center, for example).  The large bore and through bore are in the same operation, but ONLY the smaller through bore gets chamfered, AND it is much greater than .005".  I can't pull it out of the vice yet but it looks WAY large, like .030-ish. 

 

Why would it chamfer one feature but not another?  As a matter of fact I can NOT chamfer the large center bore even when I tried a 2D profile chamfer.  Can't seem to touch the large bore, or the 4x6mm through holes no matter what I try.  It only chamfers the green threaded holes (040 chamfer), and the central through hole (.005 chamfer but looks way larger) for some reason. 

 

Very strange, just can not get it

Have you had a close look at the direction arrows? zoom in and make sure they are all in the hole pointing out.

Caught me a couple of times..

Thanks S. noke - they are all on the correct side, and aiming in the direction I had preferred to do a climb cut...........the mystery continues.  I'm starting to suspect a tool height issue with the facing operation (?)...can confirm tonight when back to the shop.  Its the only thing making sense to me at this point!

OK, well this is embarassing!  The whole problem was an issue BEFORE the chamfer op in the machine.  A tool must have slipped in the collet, and the surfaces were not at the correct heights!
