All light bulbs are turned on.  Part doesn't show up in CAM but does in Model.  Ideas?

Try clicking the second bulb down, it shows on even when it's off.

Oh wow, that totally worked.  Ha.  Why is that!?  Thanks.

Okay, lots of weird stuff happening with this.  Next issue.  The WCS and stock set-up is now not alighned with the part.  Ideas on how to match these up again?  See image.

This all started happening last night when I inserted a new part into an existing part and I started to mess around with hiding and/or deleting the old file.

If you edit the setup is the part selected, one warning I've found if you make a big change to the part sometimes when you edit the setup Fusion will crash. If you find that happens you'll have to delete the setup and make another one.
