Can not generate tool paths for one letter

The software will not generate the correct tool path for the letter "A". It will only try to cut out the triangle of the letter, but not the profile. I have spent two days on this and many styles and variation of the letter "A". Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Got it to work. For some reason Fusion would not recognize the outside profile of the letter "A". So I traced it and now it works off my trace lines. Not a fix for the problem, but a work around.  Thank you for your help.

We end up with a small gap in the outer contour of the A, which then gets dropped. You can more easily see this if you add a trace operation with the same geometry:

I have added ticket CAM-7606 to track this problem, and hopefully we can fix it for one of the next updates.

That is a strange one you can extrude that letter

I suppose the modeling side of things is more tolerant to this kind of geometric issue.

Nevertheless, we will see if we can improve this in CAM.

Yes. I could extrude it. I re-did that letter at least 20 times or so, from several different software and several different versions. I then line traced it in Fusion and that worked. I spent two days on that stupid letter. lol
