I restructured the CAMTemplates folder with two sub folders, but I see you cannot access them via the dropdown menu anymore, only by browsing to location.

Currently, this isn't supported. However, work is underway to provide a better experience for Templates management. An upcoming release should see much better organizational tools, sorry for the inconvenience, just hang in there a little longer 🙂
