CAM simulation stock resolution

Is it possible to increase the resolution of CAM stock simulations before saving or exporting to .stl? I see that this is possible on bodies, while in the model tab, but cannot find the same dialog options while in CAM.

It should be using the Fusion setting.

I'm not sure what you mean by that. could you include a screen capture of what you are talking about?
