CAM hates my project - doesn't seem to matter how I model it

I've been using Fusion360 learing modeling and CAM and I'm trying to fire up my CNC router with a little project using my companies logo.

I've modeled this a bunch of times and each time has different problems when trying to do the CAM.

This latest version just straight up errors out trying to do a toolpath of any kind (error message box "failed to create toolpath")  I'm hoping someone can look at the upload and school me on how I'm screwing this up.

I even had a guy at work clean up a STEP export in a different product and when I import that (its actually a simpler version without the letters) and try to CAM its a bunch of different errors.

Just as an example of the problems I've run into.  I could do adaptive clear on the top left but doing the exact same setup on the top right it would fail to generate.   Then I was able to do both the smaller areas but not the larger bottom area (again with the letters gone).

Please teach me.  I'm about ready to pull my hair out.  

I think part of the issue is I imported a SVG.  I took out the outer arcs from the SVG and remodeled them to make the geometry cleaner as the SVG version wasn't perfect matching arcs.

It's you modeling where the problem is 

All the spots where the arrows are pointing have small shelfs between the bottom and top, in you second sketch all the part circles need to be redone so they line up with the outside circle.

Fixing this and setting the second extrude to join the toolpath generated.

Also the selections you had made in the setup broke the toolpaths, it was not set correctly as well.

Oh wow, I didn't catch that they were disconnected.  I though I had everything coincident

Ok so I cleaned up the geometry and got everything into one body, still getting the same error for every attempt at getting a toolpath.

Attached is the updated model. and the old nightmare of a geometry model that I can generate some toolpaths using.  

Pretty sure its something to do with the SVG as a quick hand model of a similar outline the CAM worked like a breeze.  May just need to import the svg to sketch over top of and delete it in the end.

You need to go into the setup and set the model and it's origin

Thank you, I've been flailing around with so many iterations I'm forgetting to go back and reset the basics.  I appreciate it.
