Bull Nose Endmill Slot along Z axis radius - How to do it?

I am trying to come up with the best toolpath option in Fusion 360 to machine the radius slot - see attached image.

I have tried using the 2d trace mill and that has gotten me the closet to what I want.  The problem I am having is Fusion is not calculating the tool geometry correctly.  The tool is cutting into the top of the part.  I believe it is calculating the radial offset correctly but the axial offset seems to be off as the endmill is cutting into part where the radius slot meets the key way groove.  Basically I want to rough out the slot right down the center.  and then do a finish pass on each side.  I am using a 5/16 endmill and slot is slightly larger (approx. .340")  I am at a loss for what toolpath to use.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.  I attached the file and a screen shot for reference.

How is the Project toolpath not working well enough? That would be my suggestion, with perhaps an added section on the end of the sketch so the tool exits the material correctly.

You'll have to use some sort of followup toolpath like Pencil to clear the corners your bullnose can't reach though, otherwise it will gouge the part.
