Hmm. I'm not seeing that in my current open file. I will try that over the course of the afternoon and see if another one behaves in that manner.
What I am seeing: Clicking in each text field "activates" one of the visual planes (on screen) and produces a drag arrow that you can manipulate. I did need to zoom in to grab the proper one though, so that might be contributing to the issue....
