I'm trying to bore this part and with 2 diameters. The front of the part is a smaller diameter which will be threaded. When I do a profile finishing pass it just machines the smaller diameter only? How do I get it to machine both?
Without seeing your file it is hard to diagnose, but from your screen shot, your tool is red, which usually means a collision. Your tool is probably not able to reach the inner larger diameter without colliding with your small entry hole.
