Blend/Flow: Identical feature yet one side has missing/different stepovers

I have 2 perpendicular chamfers that are exactly the same:

Doesn't matter if I'm using Flow or Blend or what settings I use one always has less stepovers so material gets left over:

Current Blend settings:

Adding stock to leave gargles it up with leads that ram into my part that weren't the size I specified. But at least it generates. But then if I don't change anything at all but regenerate it it'll fail lol

- Usually working off files uploaded to Fusion as: Step, STL, SLDPRT. If it matters ask me.

Thank you for feedback. Could you please share the part? Is the issue still reproducable if you machine each chamfer in separate Blend operation?
