Blend fail

Doing a few Blend toolpaths to produce a radius on a part.

All except one are fine.  I have tried everything i can think of to get it working but no luck.

Its a straight area so nothing too complex.

Blend 45,  either errors out or sits there calculating forever with no result.

Any ideas how to solve.

Recently I had blend fail to generate. I played with the stepover values. Went down to .001". Generated. Then I could choose whatever stepover I wanted even those that didn't work prior.

Unable to upload file? Is that because it's private or that the forums are being a pain and not letting you?

OK, i tried a small stepover and it sort of worked.

Instead of being a nice smooth back and forth path its all over the place.  Like it is starting from a central point.

Other Radius's are fine, and were drawn all at the same time, covering the top edge of the model.
