Definitely ran like 200 of these parts 6 months ago, definitely re-generated this toolpath 2 weeks ago without making any changes. But today after making no changes to the toolpath I'm getting the below error:

Sorry to hear that it's was broken. I can confirm the bug, and it's been fixed internally already.
It will be included in a future release, but I can't say which, except that it didn't make it for the May 30th release.
