Im trying to mill this slot with a 1/8" ball end mill. I want to follow the centerline of the path and just step down in Z Axis increments. How do I do that? F3D file uploaded as well. Thanks in advancetee bracket.jpg

The simplest way to do this with your part is probably to create a sketch with a line down the center of the groove, then use the Project toolpath under the 3D section. Use Axial Offset Passes on the Passes tab to mill it in steps.

Exactly, and pretty sure you can use the tangential extension so it starts outside of the part.
