Avoid surfaces not working

Selected this bore to ignore:

Even setting minimum radial clearance to .1" Fusion mills it anyways:

"Ignore stock less than" is set to .02" and that bore only has .004" left so not sure what's going on.

File received. I would have expected them to not even enter those areas, so I'm checking with the devs to better understand the intent here

This is a matter of Rest Machining detecting material that isn't there. We've received more than a few reports of this over the last couple of days, we're chasing things down to see what's gone wrong.

Your file will produce toolpaths in that zone whether or not you've selected "Avoid". I did find that blowing the hole thru with a smaller drill did eliminate the extra cuts, but obviously that's not a solution I would promote.

I am actually able to get Fusion to stop milling down there if I set the avoid distance to .3" for both axial and radial just FYI

You wouldn't happen to have a version of this file that existed before September 16th, would you? Could you email me that or the STEP file that this was created from? I'd like to do some testing between legacy and current builds
