Hi -

Can you answer some questions about this?

1. Do you know when these seemed to go missing? (You say it was following an update)

2. Can you share your diagnostic logs with me? Feel free to send via DM.

3. Do you use other machines with Fusion? Are other people sharing your Team, or are you the only one?

Thanks,

  Jeff

Hi Jeff,

Yes, it seemed to go missing right after I did an update to the latest version of Fusion, which was earlier this week on Tuesday I believe.  And I do have two other users that I share a team with, both of which have their own permanent machines that they work from. I have the diagnostic file attached.

Thanks for reaching out ,

Jeff

Thanks, Jeff.

Can you double check that Cloud Libraries are enabled in your Manufacturing preferences? I don't see any evidence in your logs of anything actually getting deleted.

OK. Can you try this:

1. Shut down Fusion completely.

2. In Explorer, go to directory %localappdata%\autodesk\autodesk fusion 360\<userid>\w.login.

3. Rename the directory M (e.g., to M-save)

4. Restart Fusion.

Let's see if that causes things to resynch.

so I dont see my actual user ID. however I see a folder "unknown user" and inside the "unknown user" folder I find the W.login folder then a folder "F" within that, not "M"   .  should I change the F to F-save ?

Thanks,

OK. Do you know if these files got deleted at some point, and then were restored from the trash bin?

Not that I am aware of, I just checked my trash bin and there is just a bunch of deleted screenshots in there.

Also, If I got to "preferences" and "preview features" I actually dont even see "set up sheet configurations" as an option...

I checked on mine and if I right click on a NCProgram then setup sheet is in the menu.

yes I still have set up sheets also, but I dont have any access to my custom set up sheet that I have been using for a while now.  basically when I go to create a set up sheet (again i CAN do that) it only gives me the option to create one of the default set up sheets from the drop down list...(detailed, tools only, compact, etc...). not the one that I have custom configured...  screenshot attached

Are you a member of the Fusion Insider program? A few updates ago, we moved all preview features to be only available to insider users. The Setup Sheet Configurations preview feature is one of those that moved.

So, you will probably need to join the insider program to get access back to that.
