Another cryptic error message..

I trying to program a pocket much bigger than the tool dia of 0.25. 

I want to use a ball end because for aesthetic reasons I want cusps.  Either way, I am not sure why Fusion is not generating the path and I can't seem to understand where and why it's failing. 

I can't post the file. =(

Under your "Passes" tab there is an option to Enable Cusps where it says "Allow Stepover Cusps", you don`t have this checked, have you tried checking that box ??

Image of pocket with Cusps Allowed using a Ball nose, works fine, if the "Allow Stepover Cusps" is not checked I get the same error as you 🙂
