Advice on milling this small part

New member looking for some advice on the correct milling process for this small part. Which side first? 2d adaptive or 3d adaptive.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

How many pieces and what's the material? What is your machine and workholding capability? What size is the raw stock?

These are prototypes, just 5 pcs. stock is 3/4 x 1.25 x 1.5 Aluminum.  Hold in a vice. 

Spindle speed 6k max.  just started using Fusion so this is a learning curve. i Fully understand the machining aspect, just trying to apply it using manufacturing.  i thought the  first process might be the profile and the holes(im ok with the holes) its just the milling strategy

I would actually do it in the reverse of your thought. I've cobbled something together real quick to give you the gist of the idea. Not much was done for finishing, and speeds and feeds are random, not to be trusted. File attached

ok, thanks. I was trying to pick machining areas the wrong way. The smaller pocket Rads are 2mm, would i just use contour to finish these?  do i have to use Rest?

Yep, use an endmill smaller than 4mm to finish everything internal. However, that length/diameter ratio is a bit aggressive, you'll have to approach it gently.

Adaptive toolpaths should have "Stock to Leave" as needed, and then just come in with a 2D Contour that finishes everything

No, you don't have to use Rest Machining.
