5 axis trimming toolpath needs to be limited

Hello guys,

I am looking for a help with a trimming toolpath I need to make on my part.

It's a BC head-head machine and what I need to do is to limit B axis to maximum/minimum of 70 degrees in order to avoid collisions.

The tool is positioned in B90 using default setup of multiaxis toolpath.

This is how 70 degrees would look like on the machine.

First idea that crossed my mind was add 20 degrees chamfer like this:

However there are some excessive B axis moves that goes beyond 70 degrees and causes collision.

What approach would you choose?

It doesn't have to be a single toolpath around the part, I was thinking about 4 toolpath. Single toolpath for each side, and use From curve Tool axis mode. But that's too much complicated and does not allow me to keep B axis around 70 degrees.

I came from ModuleWorks, where I could limit rotary axis in three different planes or I can tilt tool axis to keep safety distance for holder, while the flute can gouge into the material.

I attached a part and post processor I am using.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

the postprocessor that you have attached does not open. attach it separately, without the archive, and I'll try to help you

I attached post processor file separately.

Changed .cps extension to .txt. Forum does not allow to attach cps files.

Thank you.

I have no issue importing the CPS from your ZIP into fusion, but it can't be opened by Notepad. It says

Post processor is encrypted, but it doesn't matter.

Post works just fine, I need a help with a toolpath in Fusion.
