5 axis cnc dwo/tcpc problems

Ive ran machine cycles with no issue in the past but when I enable dwo/tcpc the machine almost crashes and I have to hit the e-stop so it wont crash. I'm running a haas vf5 with a trt210 table. In the machine simulation it runs without any issues.

During any 4/5 axis moves, the spindle is in the completely wrong location. All the simulations look good but as soon as its ran on the machine it trys to put the z axis all the way into the table. x/y are also in the wrong location. Seems as if the set mrzp on the machine is messing with it.

Ya redo the full MRZP setup and verify your work offsets

I would also ensure you are on the latest version of HAAS software for whichever control you are using

Ended up using the reverse trunnion files and its in the right place now. But when I try to do a MRZP probing it trys to level the 4th axis and it sends it the opposite way then what it should.

Heres some post code that I've looked over and everything looks good to me, but I'm still having issues with the machine side not going to where the code tells it to. I'm thinking something is off with the MRZP but I've done the MRZP setup a handfull of times and I am still getting the same wrong results.
