4th Axis Wrap Posting w/ Bad Moved (Post-processor issue?)

Hey guys,

Trying to program a simple chip fan operation in which the chip fan moves continuously in X while the 4th axis tombstone rotates. Seemed like a perfect use case for a 2D contour with a toolpath wrap; however, when it gets posted with the Haas NGC post, the toolpath features a whole slew of Y and Z axis moves which would ultimately cause a whole bunch of crashes.

I tested this out using the Pre-NGC post for machines with A-axis and it posts as I would think it would there; leading me to believe this is a major issue with the NGC post.

I will attach both a part file and the post-processor.

Thanks

That's because TCCP is set to "Yes". Turn it off and you get:

N380 X-0.095 A-74.45 F9999.
N385 X-0.0962 A-74.257 F9999.
N390 X-0.0974 A-74.065 F9999.
N395 X-0.0985 A-73.874 F9999.
N400 X-0.0997 A-73.682 F9999.
N405 X-0.1009 A-73.49 F9999.
N410 X-0.1021 A-73.298 F9999.
N415 X-0.1032 A-73.105 F9999.
N420 X-0.105 A-72.817 F9999.
N425 X-0.1068 A-72.53 F9999.
N430 X-0.1085 A-72.242 F9999.
N435 X-0.1103 A-71.955 F9999.
N440 X-0.1115 A-71.762 F9999.
N445 X-0.1126 A-71.569 F9999.

TCCP is for Dynamic Work Offset. Since you are doing a wrapped operation and you have also set your WCS at center of rotation, it's not necessary to run TCCP/.
